ALL of them hypered out in the same turn!!

i vote for their accounts to be deleted! also every other account that exploits this bug or soon we will have a cheating game only!

and don`t come with excuses like "i wanted to test if it is a bug for sure and if it works.." that would be just poor!

why the hack must everyone in this bloody world cheat as soon as they get the possibility? do you need that? are you all so lame? ....guess so...

I think you forgot the poll.

I agree. This clearly falls under exploiting a bug that gives an unfair advantage. If they had discovered it and reported it, then no problem, but this is too much. Delete them.

If the ships can present us screenshots of their logs that show that they did not attack, we have another hacker at work ...

I'm voting yes.

This is boring.. ..why anyone want play cheating?
I know peoples who cheat and complain how boring some game is, they have a god mode on, they move through walls, they got all weapons, they are invisible and they teleport at one place to another.. ..after a while they start saying game sucks.. ..it is too easy and they play it thru too fast.. ..after a while they start playing online at the same game and keep on complaining how stupid and easy the game is..

I bet at wery soon someone start saying at this game is not good or challenging.. ..please stop cheating and try to play with a rules!! You might surprice at youself and find a good game and really nice persons here.. ..and really good, not cheating, pilots allso!!

to be truthful i don`t know how to make a poll in here... :blush:

the problem about this bug is, that it was posted here in the forum... along with a nice little instruction how it works!

and now we have already the first mass-exploid of it.... if nothing drastically is done about it now, we will soon have all players using it, i`m afraid... :frownblu:


p.s.: *argh* now i know how to make a poll...so easy... too late.... *cries and runs into the next corner*

Well, all these players can expect their accounts to be deleted ... you can easily search a database (the log-database) for more than 5 moves used in one turn ... if that happens more than two times ---> say goodbye to your account ;)

now all FC`s should send a comm message explaining this, too. then no one can say he didn`t know!

is it possible to search for speciall moves they did, like in this case: 5 attacks and 5 moves for hypering?
if yes i say delete the accounts that attacked AND hypered out on the first time it is discovered, cause THAT can`t be a mistake!

I notice that these ships represent most of the TTW remnant fleet... I am pretty sure that most of these guys aren't cheating. They have nothing to gain from it.

Unfortunately that isn't the case HamsterLord... :(

They're jumping in, shooting 4 or 5 times and then jumping out again (mid-turn).

This means that they avoid being shot and most probably are repairing before they jump in again... (this is a guess, but it'll be easy to prove by their hp when they return).

What this means is that they're managing to attack 5 times every 2 turns... 30% more than you should manage when jumping in and out...

when 13 times is the maximum you could have thru the system...

well, not a matter at this game, isn`t it?

anyway, i wondered myself, i have no explanation for it. i just hit the attack button as often as it was possible and as i ran out of moves, i counted them as they seemed a bit many... 14, your right.

i reloaded once, maybe the server was confused by that... no idea as i said.
maybe it was the speed of the attacks, cause i hit the attack button as fast as possible (as soon as the page was built up again) cause you were online and i thought you would run when i start to shoot you :-P

On the bright side, I found a new hobby: killing the cheaters. I even have a favorite target already. I killed him yesterday in FF and provided a good assist to his death today.
