No we did quite a bit of Shakespeare at school, but the only play we did completely was Richard III.
I couldn't follow it at all a combination of the stilted speech and the archaic terms.
Mind you, I've never seen a play in a theatre. My brother tells me it's no good reading a play; you have to see it performed.

For the barbarians amongst you who can't be bothered to read , try watching Roman Polanski's excellent movie version of Macbeth, or Akira Kurosawa's "Throne of Blood" (Macbeth, played out in 17th Century Japan).
"Midsummer Nights Dream" is another favourite,I must have seen a dozen versions, in theatres, in parks - very funny when done properly.
