Yes.
The decision was not taken lightly and the mods spoke at great lenght about doing so.
It was the case that many of the forum rules had been broken, lots of personal insults had been made and after being asked to follow the rules, he was less then happy to fill this simple request.

We do not want to ban people ,but rules are there for a reason.

I am also going to close this as I feel there is no need to carry this thread on.
