Over the past four weeks I have sent 4 emails to the UK helpline but have not received a reply. A copy of one of the emails follows.
As you can see I am trying to get a CD returned. Can anyone give me any information on the Infogrames company. Have they shut down for summer holidays or closed. Is their helpline still operating.



Re: RCT LL replacement disk.

Over the past 2 weeks I have sent 2 emails explaining that I received a
Rollercoaster Tycoon replacement disk instead of a RCT Loopy Landscape
replacement disk. I am still waiting for a reply email.

The replacement was arranged with James Muir. I have returned my
supposedly faulty RCT LL disk and now have 2 copies of RCT and 1 copy of
RCT
AA but no RCT LL.

Hi James.
The CD I received today by air mail is a copy of Rollercoaster Tycoon.
As I mentioned before I lost all my original emails but I am quite sure
that I always refered to the RCTLL-UK (Loopy Landscapes) patch. I am
sure I refered to updating Ver 1.20.012 to ver 1.20.012 (typo error,
should be 013). The CD I have returned to you by air mail is Loppy
Landscapes so now I have 2 copies of RCT and 1 copy of AA but no LL.

What now?. Could you please return or replace my copy of LL and do I
return the copy of RCT?.

After 4 weeks of trying I have received a reply and
a apology from the helpline. All is now OK.
