Just thought that I should say hi and stuff....

For my first post...... (I'm sure someone must have asked before)

Anyone know or is even wondering when MOO3 is going to pop out for sale? ANYONE?!

August-ish, apparently. Take a seat and wait. The Quicksilver site says Q3, but I wouldnt hold my breath.

Ooh - I have Masters of Orion on a disc at home- never installed it.

it was a classic... one of the top games of all time sorta thing - original, innovative, challenging and highly addictive...

but i'd just wait for MOO3... unless you really like 640*480 graphics...

Oh, dont bother trying to run it if you've got anything above Windows ME. Chances are it wont work. But like Kudos said, you may as well wait for the third one.

Which is why I'm hoping IG3 wouldn't be such a flop.

The IG2 team are working on a game called Haegemonia, which happens to be some sort of succesor for Homeworld, but with the most impressive graphic engine I've ever seen. Haegemonia release was scheduled for this spring, so expect some delayement on IG3 unless other people are working on it

Now Homeworld is a cracker - a new sequel to that might convince me to shell out a few pounds (and i mean a FEW pounds)

I STRONGLY suggest you to download the high resolution trailer at their homepage here (http://haegemonia.cryogame.com)

It was scheduled for May this year, but seems we still will have to wait a bit more

Apparently,they made a flop of a game using the Homeworld Engine,so the only thing good about the game was the graphics.Everything else left a lot to be desired.If I'm not wrong,it should be called 'Starmegeddon'.
A sequel to Homeworld,you say?!
Is that what happened to Homeworld 2??

Not sequel , a successor , it has nothing to be with homeworld
