RCT2 patch v32 patch?

Please can Infogrames say what the RCT2 v32 patch is for. It's listed on the home page as one of the top downloads, but does not appear in the downloads section!

Who/What is this patch for please, and what bugs does it fix?

Have tried twice to download but keep getting cut off by Freeserve, b******s.
When I finally get it and incorporate it I shall post here again.
Meanwhile I must re-install DAP.
