He means the Gamecube compilation Sonic Mega Collection - Sonic R and Sonic 3D are part of the Xplosiv £5 budget range, and Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles were released together as Sonic and Knuckles Collection some years ago - now discontinued, though if I ever find a copy, I intend to buy it (assuming it'll work on XP!)

The other Sonic games are not available on PC, and Infogrames (Atari) are no longer responsible for Sega releases - you'll have to contact Sega at http://www.sega-europe.com - you need Flash 6 to view the site - to find out if there are any plans.
