Enter The Matrix PC Probs

Just got The Game i wanted since heard about it ENTER THE MATRIX and am having probs :/

1: It walks constantly. Is this meant to Be? Can u stop it?

2: When Driving the car i cannot reverse.

3: OMG 1st person SUX big time

4: Can not enter sniper mode. ARGH Im stuck cannot go any further because i can not take out the areoplane tyre, Due to fact i carn't blooming aim at it :/ managed to do Control Tower by moving around and getting it to auto aim.

5: No forums for the game.

I have spent hours searching net for help but cannot find any can anyone PLEASE help.
