Greetings,
I hope some of the staff or administrators see this. AS I have a problem with NWN, the SoU expansion. After playing the game since it came out and being a happy customer, I recently wiped my total computer, including NWN and SoU. After re-installating and updating NWN AND SoU, it asked for my CD-key again. As I allready used it in the installation stage. after typing it in, it gave me this: CD-key invalid, unauthorized. Presuming i typed it wrong i checked it and foudn out it was right. so i checked it on the word document wich contains your CD-keys wich were used during the installating stage. IT WAS CORRECT.
Now after sending a email to: (wich was three days ago)
support@bioware.com they failed to help me. NO- RESPONSE. I am near collapsing and have run out of ideas... this is my last resor.. PLEASE HELP !!!

P.S. please pm the sollution....
And NO this is no mistake on my part..... NO-offense to any, but I have had in the last couple of days enough of people claiming it was a vault on my side, wich it isn't it ahs been checked over by 15 different persons
