Hey there. I have just bought Horizons and have activated my account, but i am confused about what to do next. The manual says you click on "add character" then choose race and so on but when i click on add character, it just comes up with something involving "wind", "ice", and "earth". i clicked on wind and then clicked on play horizons, but know i only get as far as "recieveing character generation initialization" before it cuts out back to the site. Help!!!
