View Full Version : They are trying to help ( at least ) Now you can
This is an e-mail I received this afternoon. Can anyone who has has issues please follow the advice on the e-mail so we can get this problem fixed.
Hi Ste,
I'm looking into this crash now, unfortunately we haven't been able to
reproduce it on the machines we have in the office. What would be useful is
if you could email me your dxdiag report, that way we can try and setup our
machine as close to yours as possible:
1) Goto Start/Run
2) Type dxdiag in the box and click ok.
3) Click the "save all information tab" and save the file somewhere.
4) Email the file saved back to me.
Regards

Not the best graphics card in the world, but it should be adequate - I noticed it had a 2 year old driver too. Get the newest Nvidia driver , and see if that makes a difference.
Try
HERE for NVidia (http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp)

Ok - remove the demo, re-install the video driver, and then install the demo again:tup: And switch off any unnecessary processes on your PC too - if you are offline, you don't need your AV, Firewall, AOL or whatever else running in the background. You never know...
