can we not skip the marketing bull and just play the game please?
whats the command line option?
is it

-skipmarketingbull maybe?

or

To skip the starting credits you press Esc button witch you can find in the top left hand corner of your key board .
I all so found this annoying as it was really slow.

Hope that helps,
Ryan :)

you could try this, don`t kill me if it doesn`t works, it doesn`t works for all games:

right click on the quick start icon, click properties, where it says "C:\RCT3\RCT3.exe" (or somthing like that, dunno don`t have the game) you typ +restart 1, so that you would get "C:\RCT3\RCT3.exe" +restart 1 (or something)
don`t know if it works, just try it, if it doesn`t just delete the +restart.
anyway it`s worth a try

Its easier to press "Esc"ape though innit?!!

Its common now for most games to have a big spalsh screen that gets in the way - "Esc" usually works:tup:

1) Start the game
2) while the game is starting go to the kitchen and get something to drink/eat.
3) come back to the computer to find out you can start right away, no splashscreen nothing :D

Serious, just press esc once you will not see a single splash screen.

I found the spacebar more satisfying than escape...works better for me (after the first logo that is, you can skip starting from the second one with space).

If you look in the install directory there is a folder called video or something. I found it really quickly.

In there are all the logo movies. You could try renaming the files and see what happens.

With luck, it will just skip them. If you are unlucky you'll get lots of errors for missing files and you'll need to name them back again.

Another bug. FACT: Sometimes you CAN skip and sometimes you can't. I found that I couldn't skip the screens before someone mentioned it. I started rapping the ESC key and managed to skip past em all. Then sometimes I hit ESC once on the first screen and it skips em all.

Best to hit ESC on the very first screen... man this game is so buggy
