Train Ride Keeps Crashing

Hi

does anyone else get this problem. I lay down some track for a railway. Then I leave building mode and go and do something else. Then I return to extend my railway tracks. When I test the railway ride, the train sinks into the ground and crashes at the point where I resumed building the track.

Just wondered if anyone else has this problem, and if it is likely to be fixed by the impending patch ??

I have never seen or heard about this, very strange. Not sure what to do, I would wait for patch and see if it fixes it. Thats all i can say really
