OK I have had serious problems with crashing to desktop and rebooting. The reason for this is still a bit hazy. This is what I did and it worked for me and a friend of mine.
1. Download latest graphics drivers from the companies website: www.ati.com www.nvidia.com
2. Go to the directory where your installed RCT3 (C:\Program Files\Atari\RollerCoaster TycoonŽ 3) Right click on "RCT3.exe" select the compatibility tab and change the compatibility to "Windows 98/ Window ME"
3. Click Ok
4. Start Game
5. Play game for hours, enjoy it
6. Dont bitch if it doesn't work
7. Reply to this message ONLY if it does work
I also recommend the new BETA patch but that is up to your:
