Hullo.

I've searched but couldn't find anything about this.

Wondering if anyone can help me. Inserted CD, autoruns ok, but when I click Install it displays an error 6003. Sorry, can't remember exact details, but it said to close running programs (tried that), delete temp files (and that), check internet connection (:ermm: it was connected...) but no luck.

Tried running setup.exe, ignoring autorun, but same error.

Any ideas, anyone? Any help would be greatly appreciated :).

Thanks,

Higgy.

Try this -

"When attempting to install or apply updates you may get the run time error message: "Setup has experienced an error. Error code: -6003" in the InstallShield Wizard.

This situation may occur when other applications are open or running on your computer:

Close all open applications and turn off (disable) any Terminate and Stay Resident (TSR) programs that may be running in the background on your computer.

Note: This include screen savers, anti-virus protection and other programs that start when you first turn on your computer and stay in memory. (For example: HP Agent, BackWeb, KODAK Software Updater and Logitech Mouse.) "

If you don't know how to do that, download a demo of System Mechanic, and use its Start Up manager to disable things you don't need on boot up:tup: If you are using winXP or 2000, I would also double check that you are logged on as an Admin account
