Just had first proper go since putting full update on. So far so good although did crash to desktop once - not happened before. Other than that all fine.
Does anyone know what the plus and minus figures are for when you click on park rating on tool bar? My rating is 996 :D and then there are some figures underneath but no explanation as to what they are for.
Also only just noticed (don't know if was part of update) that if you hover your mouse pointer near a peep their thought bubble asks what is that white thing and if you click on them they laugh and say it tickles! (If you keep doing it though they get a bit fed up!)
I still can't get the tired ones to sit on benches - they just drag themselves around feeling sorry for themselves! on the whole though I think the peep AI is much better - I have full queue lines and they are walking round the whole park.
How is everyone else finding things now?

yep all good to me as well no problems with update, then again never had any problems with the game anyway :D
Been running excellent for me too - I have noticed some quirks (minor bugs) but the game itself has largley sorted itself out.
I played fright night on Friday Night and The Castle One (forget the name - the next after Fright Night) Last night - finished both to Tycoon Level in about 2-3 hours. Making money on both, peeps generally happy (once you sort them out properly) etc.,
I ran the whole lot to the max yesterday just to look at Fright Night (after I'd finished) and although it ran pretty well, I could see how it might start stuttering on a really big park - so I wouldn't do that just to play (but that was to the absaloute max on everything!) looked amazing though.
The what's that white thing has been there since I got it (I think) I still think one of the funniest things is: if you pick them up then shake them a bit before placing them - they get all dizzy - I did it to Cary Oki accidently and found it highly amusing (little things...)
I also now notice the first duck you click on loses all its feathers (LOL)
You can pop peoples balloons while they are carrying them (cruel - but fun - have started doing this to peeps I notice dropping litter HA!)
Vendors now show what stall they are working on (much better - still think cost of training vendor is too high)
Staff seems easier to keep happy (thanks)
The lighting is just astounding - Water is getting better and better (especially the splash - would like to see it soak passers by though :dark: )
I think there are hundreds of little details in this (espeically in the peeps) it will take weeks to discover - great attention to detail Well done Brabben and Co!
Oh! the extra info on Park rating is supposed to be there, (is mentioned in the readme) I would like to know what each line means though?
Bugs I have noticed
Not sure if it is just something I am doing - but on some scenarios I don't seem to be able to get the options for path building (i.e. no old method)
Not sure I like the term distributed -
Euros - Might be screwed up a bit - it uses 100,00 instead of 100.00
& on Fright Night cost of placing stalls like the Witches Hats did not match price in menu (and yes it was on flat ground) - I switched back to £ for next scenario - and prices were ok (so it might be a euro thing ???? )
Wasn't sure why but on Fright Niight - inspector kept telling me things like spooky shakes did not match theme - which really confused me (not hard I know)
Rides still age 'a little' too quickly (IMO) -
would like to see vintage rides for rides over x years)
I have been known to run parks for 25-50 years (Ran the Original Alton Towers until I paid off the loan - and yes I did it) - I also like to go back to some parks and finish them (post scenario) so think the idea about reasonable ride lifespan needs looking into.
Mods- Sorry to semi double post - but wanted to add a noted bug and didn't want to start yet another thread.
Not a showstopper - but comes into the 'a bit more the mildly annoying class'
Paths - sometimes you get old and new laying options - sometimes you don't.
Not easy to explain - but instead of getting a path laying menu with the old options (up/down/left/right etc.,) you just get the same menu as when you pick paths from the main menu - if you select an alternate style - you get it, but you just see the path circle and the two option circles (regular and queue)
I can't see any rhyme or reason for it - Originally I thought it was a scenario quirk (i.e. something not set up in the scenario ini.
But then yesterday I loaded a game that I had previously had the proper menu and it didn't - I then quit, restarted PC and game and went to tutorial (trying to work out if it was some keypress I was doing accidently) and they worked, went to saved game and it was still there - loaded another and it was gone, went back to save game and it was still gone.
Confused? Yep!
On scenario creation - might be something I'm missing, but can't see how you reset guests - age of rides - date etc.,
Like the extra info on park rating - would like to know what it all means though.
