Can someone please help me, everytime i try to start rct3 the screen goes black, then about 10 seconds later it sends me back to the desktop?
rct 3 has closed itself, it isnt minimised, I dont understand this as the demo worked fine and all my other games work fine, (halo, need for speed underground) all my graphics and direct x drivers are up to date , is there someone out there that is experiencing this problem, or someone who knows how to fix it. my specs are:

AMD athlon XP 2400+ 2.0ghz
Nvidia geforce fx 5200 128 mb
40 gb hd
512 mb ram
windows xp professional (5.1, build 2600)

Check you have the latest nvidia drivers - also download/install the full update.
Make sure you have uninstalled the demo
If you still have a problem read the Frontier FAQ - (link is posted at least twice on forum) - and maybe un-install/reinstal but when the location option comes up remove the © from the install path or change it to something like Program Files/Atari/RCT3/

Failing that you could send your specs/details of problem to Frontier (link is in the FAQ posted in the forum) they are very good and try to help asap

When you install the game you get an option as to where you want to install it the default will be something like:
C:\Program Files\Atari\RollerCoaster Tycoon® 3\

When you get this edit the path to remove the
'®' (sorry I thought it was a © ) I am not sure it will cure 'your' problem, but it has caused problems for some - especially when trying to install the patch/update

Why not install it again and then if that doesn't help, email support.
