Help !

I've just got the game, completed it with goku, vegeta and gohan. i even completed it over 5 times with goku but i still can't find Brolli, i managed to find cooler and metal cooler, and i beat them, but i didn't unlock coolers character ? and how the hell do u unlock Dragon Arena ?????
