u have to unlock dragon arena by complteing dragon universe with all the DU characters ..ive posted about how to get it in other threads before this so have a look around and it might help u :tup:

yer after you complete all 11 chars du mode you will be able to play dragon arena form menu this lets you fight computer generated fighters and you can level up anyoone you can also use this mode to fight other players custom chars by inputing their pw

Yeah you can get it from adult gohan's DU universe it's put in the story when you get it I think u get it from supreme kai

Hav u tried to change the difficulty settings to very easy so u CAN beat Cell with Tien

Goku,Vegeta,Kid Gohan, Teen Gohan, Adult Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Broly and Uub. These are the 11 fighters u hav to complete DU with 2 get Dragon Arena.

Hey no offense dude, but if you cant do that fight on EASY mode, then there is no way in you even deserve to fight in Dragon Arena mode, you'll just get ur Butt kicked. Just keep training.

i hated tiens fight against super buu while he had gotenks for some reason he kept killing me with dra rush

Tiens was one of the easiest especialy the cell fight.
