not really becease the char codes are region restrited euro codes only work in europe and don't match up with the US or japan versions....

regoin restrictions can kinda limit who you can fight it would be cool if you can use codes from enyone then u could have a really cool tournament which could take a long time but it would b a challenge

Well yes it does limit the tournament by wel continents... so world tournament would be some what impossible :(

I found this out becease I Posted my codes on Gamefaqs and thats where they and me found out that NTFS and PAL codes where compleetly different...

true it has its limitations but that dont mean that the people who can enter cant enjoy it.and yes the com will be controling the characters but it will be controling both characters so it evens it out abit

yes, but in terms of the computer playing its gonna be **** anyway, ive seen full com level computer characters use senzu beam capules when they're already on full health
