how do you unlock dragon arena. some 1 plz tell me!

The first thing you have to do is have the 11 char. you can play with in DU.
Those are:
Goku
Kid Gohan
Teen Gohan
Gohan
Vegeta
Krillin
Piccolo
Tien
Yamcha
Uub
Broly

Then just simply beat those char. DU's
and you will have the Dragon Arena Ticket.
