Cell Voice More Characteristic (Like Show)

Ability to start in Transformed state like.... starting a match as a
SSJ would be nice, or starting as metal Cooler/Frieza.

More Hp... i love the fact that battle last longer with the white hp bar, but it could be more.... and less in sum cases.... i find it very annoying being brolly and having Krillin able to dodge my attacks!!, and survive my dragonrusgh attacks!!!! Myabe low classs charatcer shud have less hp... and high class charatcers more HP.

A revision of the capsule idea.... breakthroughs shud be VERY!!!! hard to get.. like 10 million zenni from shop... and take up only 1 slot, there isnt much point in breakthroughs in this version as it is... my broly is better without a breakthrough, so are the rest of my charcters... and having it doesnt really give u an advantge except all attacks??, most charaxter dont even have a full array of attacks to need a break through except goku!

More areas to fight... i was expecting the maps from budokai 2 plus the new ones.... but no just new ones.. which comes to like total of 7, and not all can be destroyed... pretty poor!

Stroylines..... i would like a univeral storyline... play the whole saga's...in 1 game, is it just me or does it get broing fighting with the same character over and over....and over..............and over..........again.
Plus more storylines, Frieza+Cooler+King Kold Storyline (taking Over the universe), Cell+Androids (Becoming Perfect or fight to stop Perfection)
Trunks+ Gohan (Future trunks storyline line)
Gohan (Chibi to Mystic)
Hercule (Becoming the Champ)
etc. etc. u get the point!

I would like there to be movies again like in dbz budokai 1 just reading the stuff is kinda getting boring lol and more of the ginu force and the GT story in it as well :P

i wud kinda like to start in the fusion forms ya know like start as gogeta instead of having to keep on fusing over and over agin because u get like 30 seconds in a fusion form i mean cmon guys it is rely annoying so i just dont bother besides there aint as much moves for fusions theres about one large ki move :tdown:

The movie cutscenes from budokai 1 are really well done. If they were in B4 with the english voice cast it would be well worth the effort.

GT characters suck, the storyline wasn't even made by toriyama so it isn't really DB anymore, just a souless cash in on a story that was finished with the BUU saga.

Other arena's would be cool and all should be destructable.

History of Trunks battles would be a cool addition maybe add a one armed Gohan =p

id like to see future trunks have his proper transformations and his regular burning attack back, more storylines, more movie and GT characters (even tho gt sucks but it adds variety).
