1; You have posted the same question 3 times (twice within the same day) giving us very little info to help you with - doing this is both polite and helps others help you

2: There are already a number of threads in which members have posted lots of info about staff management - there is a function called search - it cuts down a lot of multi posts on questions already answered. Also it helps members to know that you have at least read/tried their suggestions before admiting that you still have a problem (which is again polite) other wise they get fed up with typing the same answers time, and time, and time again.
If you do post a new question and no-one has answered, try adding more info on what you have done, reword the question etc., This isn't the busiest board but most pepple here are nice and will try to help if they can and are treated with respect.

3: There is also an extensive FAQ which is refered to a number of times on the board - this also has answers to some staffing problems.

Now presuming your game is fully upto date, (i.e. has the full release patch) - and making guesses as to what your problems really are (because you gave me so much info)
You still need to manage your staff Mechs can't fix rides if you don't include the entrance/exit upto and including the platform/station

If staff do not have ebough to do - and other areas need more attention than their own they will move off to work on that part of the park. This has been improved in the full patch - which makes me think you haven't installed it or read the readme/faq that came with it.

Staff need to be kept busy enough to stop being bored - but not so much they can't cope (it is up to you to find that balance)
As a manager you need to keep an eye on them to stop them from taking too many breaks - and discipline/fire/train them accordingly

Broken patrol areas or areas that they acannot logically keep to will make them get lost.
