Kakarot Is byfar a clown and vegeta is da best

I have completed Dragon universe in Z3 Mode which is the hardest mode you can get and I got The strongest in the Universe Trophy plus I kicked the sh1t out of kakarot in Dragon arena on Lv99 with all his stats maxed out and still he couldn't beat my vegeta.

What do you reckon is Karkarot a Clown or is he the savior of the universe?
