Some1 who HAS Cell Jr tell me what level U were at and what level computer character and which character u attemp 2 fight b4 piccolo as I heard breaks in. And don't reply saying you hav to a double your character be Bl00dy specific!

Cell Jr. is unlocked in Dragon Arena mode. You must be fighting with a level
20-40 character, and should be battling opponents well above your level, 30+ or
so If you continue to do this, eventually Piccolo will break in and challenge
you When you defeat him, Cell Jr. will be unlocked hope it helps m8:)

I found first break in was nappa...
the followed by whoever gave Sparking!
then the power up of said cap...
then WE GOTTA POWER
then the second one of that...
then finally picolo...

if I lost a break in match it would be the same person again next break in. Just keep taking out those break ins as they come, you'll get there soon enough. My character was 7 when I got nappa breaking in... and it says 10-20 on most faqs...

and my kid buu was 42 when I got piccolo breaking in =/
