when u have the black membership card u can sometimes buy it in the capsule shop. beware it does not stay there and it costs 60000 zenie

to get ssj4 for vegita just get all the dragon balls and wish for breakthrough:D

When in Majin Buu saga go beat him when you are a majin vegeta.and then you came a back to normal then go to muscle tower and supreme kai say something and then go beat super buu whit vegito and inside buu Goku say there is another power then fly down somewhere near the tournament and there you find Goku after that go to beat broly then go find bulma somewhere on plains when you find her go to west-city he gives you a ssj4 vegeta the go to red-dot and beat ssj4 goku.

all i did to get ssj4 vegeta was get breakthrough,by wishing for it with the dragonballs.

thats how i got the ssj4's aswell i just got breakthrough it seems the easiest way. if u have ssj4 theres no point tryin to put any equipment on aswell because theres not enough space so anyone who wants it might aswell get breakthrough.
