[Elite Goku]

I have had budokai 3 for about 4 days now, i have unlocked dragon arena. But when i play it i can only play level 1 characters, my goku is level 29, and i want to play character with those type of levels, how do i do it, thanks

instead of pushing down push right and it should change da lvl and if u wanna fight a ultimate warriors go to ice cold killas file:D
