turtle shell

i just got a super rare capsule called turtle shell but i cant figue out wot is does ive put it on my character and all it does is double the amount of ki used to dodge and teleport but it doesnt seem to do anythin else. Does anyone else have this skill?

does it affect your opponents ki asswell because if it does it may have an antidote like the viral heart dissease, howdid you get it?

yeh i have the skill like 3-4 times you get it on namek with goku and i think it raises the exp you get at the end of the battle as well hope that helps

you're teleportation will improve and be more effectieve

If you use the Turtle Shell your telepoting, dodge, exp and more stuff get better?????


but the 1 question:
Why is that not on the info you get on the Capsule??????????????????????

turte shell will make you and your opponents' ki usage double when you are teleporting or dodging attacks, read the back of the skill it will tell you there.
