you can but it in the shop. i saw it for 150,000 and couldnt afford it

fight in DA, heres how i got the lvl 4 one, by using a lvl 61 Broly against a lvl 91 Supreme Kai on a random stage, kinda pathetic but Saibamen broke in and u get it 4 defeating them

starlight is right, but you can buy the best one (WE GOTTA POWER!!!!) at the shop for 150,000 zenny, which is easy to get when you have the SPARKING!!!!!!! skill. another way to make money is on a faq on GAMEFAQS.COM in kid gohans DU, but you'll have to find the faq for that
