how do you get omega shenron ????

i can't get omega shenron

'Once invited to fight against Gotenks at the tournament, go visit Bulma in west city. Next defeat Gotenks and then you'll get to unlock Omega Shenron'

i did this but bulma isn't at west city

U MIGHT NEED ALL SEVEN DRAGONBALLS DO THAT FIRST
then jus b4 u fight broly, check islands to east of world torny arena, shud get ssj4 there, look for a ???, if not go there afta fight with broly, wen u got ssj4 capsule AND seven dragonballs go to all city and c if bulma in any of them (shud be west city tho...), she shud mention problems with the dragon radar, then go kill gotenks and omega shenron will appear, he EASIEST battle ever because of ssj4 Gogetas strength lol

ok im goku lvl 33 i hav and i have all ready beaten brolly about 3 times and also have ssj4 and i go to the west city but no one there

hav u also got vegetas ssj4 and fought broly with him. and have u got the dragonballs. If u have think of something else which might be necessary, of course ssj4 vegeta and ssj4 goku have to fuse top form ssj4 gogeta, but i think of anything else but all of that
