No Breakthough or more than 1 transformation or any Ultimate attack the com makes a lot of dum mistakes like going through all levels of transformations and trying to finish u of any 1 with exp will take advantage of that but u all new that

those stats and equip wud b pretty good if u put viral heart disease on him cuz cell jr olny loses a bit of life each cuz it only gos to half orange but your oppents will b constanly dropping all the way to hlaf orange
