as for this budokai 4 junk... there's gonna be a Dragon Ball Z : Saga's game which will be coming way before it... not a clue about it other than it's name and the posibility of it being spread over two disks... as quite franckly all the sagas would be far too big a game =/

There's a board on Game faqs where rumour and speculation run a mock... so go there and try make your own thoughts of what information is available.

Bardock: get him at the start from budokai 2 or In the beginning of DU fly over to Raditzs spaceship Enter it and you should get him

Broly: Beat him on the second time as Goku not kid buu you have to talk to the supreme kai he is close by to the red point

Gogeta Capsule: In gokus or vegetas story fight there sons and just win (there son is gotenks)

Cooler: After beating Frieza under where you beat him should be SS Vegeta. Beat him and Vegeta will tell you about him. Go to Cooler's red mark and beat him

Videl: Go to the plains with gohan in his story im not sure when though but that shouldnt be too hard to find

they are more but thats all i know.
