Hey guys, if every single character in the game was maxed out at level 99 and had eveery single move...............who would be the strongest?? :confused:

vegeta or goku, they can both fuse to ssj4 gogeta (without that they can still go ssj4) and he IS the strongest, ssj3 gotenks nears his power but isnt quite as good, thats on pure power and moves tho. Your best char could be tien if ur that gd with him lol...

well firstly u cant have every single move secodn ov all it depends on how u distributid ya stat points u only get 99 and to max all ya stats u need 140

OK then. Oh yea, why has the game made Gohan weaker than he should be?? I haven't seen any of his good moves, or are there more that can be unlocked apart from the kamehamehas?

hmm i gotta say goku is da best he is very strong :) but after that i will say brolly is if u know how to use them it all depends on ur skills i suppose

yeah i agree that Goku is the strongest cause he is THE best fighter in the entire dragonball, Z and GT episodes i dunno about movies though

When I killed Majin Buu with Final Explosion it said 7,142 damage on the exp screen. But maybe it changes.

u probs need alot of arts and abilities to do 9999, but the base damage is 7000 to whoever loses the attack struggle.....
