Dragon rush not on all

how come u cant use dragon rush when u get e-shenron, brolly .....
i went into hyper mode for both, then pressed L2 again but nothing happened.
Do u have to equip one or something?

u dont just press L2 to perform a Dragon Rush, u have to press L2 at the moment ur opponent is knocked backward, if u dont get it, jus do training again, and yes EVERYONE HAS A DRAGONRUSH

or you can press L2 then circle, that always works for me

anyway wat works or me is suppose u av omega shenron and wat u do is do the whirlwinspin and the wirlwindspin hit the opponet while u in hyper mode u press L2 den u go to dragonrush by doin strong attack includin dragon rush its ver effective and more damage will be dun
