Hey I was just wondering if anyone here knows how to load rides from roller coaster tycoon 2 onto roller coaster tycoon 3? It says clearly in the manual that you can but I've followed the instructions and cant! Does anyone know how to do this? Also Ive heard that you can switch to a classical mode on rct3 but I can not find this function either. :lightbulb :frownblue

To import rides just click on tools and then the import rides tab. I don't know about classic mode but i would like that because i still like the look and feel of RCT1&2
Might classic mode refer to the isometric camera setting, that sets the angle of the view to match RCT 1 & 2?
Yes it is Bigland - I tried it once and realised why I wanted 3d RCT - (I hated it) advanced cam is good - but takes some getting used too
On importing - I no longer have rct1 :( I gave it to a friend who only has an old PC - and took rct2 off a while ago - so I haven't tried it - but as you can't import scenery (for obvious reasons) or build underground (yet) I can't think of any I wouldn't rather build myself -
However I know some do over on the US forum, although there are some probs with certain types -
