custom scenario cannot work

not sure if anyone else has this problem,but at the create custom scenarios page,you get 2 options right? new game(something like that) and load game

here is the problem,I cannot create my own custom scenarios,all they show is the load game,clicking on "load game" button shows the load game menu

so both options produce a load game menu,anyone care to help?

Not quite - it is a little confusing untill you understand what the various folders are for.

The scenrio editor - which is available from the Main Menu/Tools opens a blank (smallish map) that you can edit as you please to create your own scenario. (tip do the finances last or they will be affected while you edit)

When you come to save the map you can save it in one of three folders:
1: Start New Scenarios - does what it says on the tin - this is for scenarios you want to start from the Main/Play/Custom Scenario/Start New Scenario (as close as we can get to thew career mode with our own scenarios)
2: Scenarios: Place for save game files when you are playing the above - this is where you also load games from in the Main/Play/Custom Scenario/Load
3: Parks: Mainly (from what I can understand) for saving maps/parks for playing in sandbox - if you want a big park etc., you can edit it here and save for loading up in sandbox mode (but if you set objectives/add finances these will still take effect in sbox)

I kinda messed this up myself - but now have done some basic blank maps of varying size for base play/ i.e. starting new maps or creating new scenarios without having to edit map first. (But i am not doing any more yet untill we get update 2 as this should have more editor features like setting date weather etc.,)
