No, its not, Brolly is a weaking in his original state any true DBZ fan would agree with me on this, Goten could beat him single handedly in Brollys original state.

Strongest in the DBZ way is Goku, as he is the main character but on realistical state, Vegeta is stronger.

I voted for Vegeta as being the Pure Saiyan blooded prince that he is, never having a woman other than Bulma, if she was killed, his power would supass anyones.

In the story lines he was the strongest known Saiyan to ever live, apart from the Saiyan that reached Golden Ozuruu before Goku was ever born, then couldn't control it... Sad really, would of being great to see Vegeta/Goku vs that guy in the other world :'(

Brolly has the legendary super sayain level, its not SSJ1, 2, 3 or 4. It is its own level.

in the game the strongest saiyen is probably vegeta because goku's 10x kamehameha is weaker then vegetas final shine. dont think broly is stronger because the broly movie is way b4 dragonball GT and so vegeta gets way stronger when ssj4 so it wud b vegeta!
if there was a golden oozaru in the other world y wasn't he in the other world tournament with goku and piccon

It is quite certain.

SSJ4 Goku and SSJ4 Vegeta are about equal, although throughout most of DBZ Goku was always slightly stronger than Vegeta, and Vegeta even admitted it.

Broly is stronger than Goku and Vegeta in his Legendary Super Saiyan form compared to their SSJ and SSJ2 form, but less strong than their SSJ4 form.

Thus, the perfect order of power would be:

1)SSJ4 Gogeta (Doesn't count)
2)SSJ4 Goku (Goku)
3)SSJ4 Vegeta (Vegeta)
4)Broly

After that come Gohan, Goten and Trunks.

The most powerful Saiyan would be SSJ4 Broly, but I'm afraid that's left to our imagination.

That's why I picked Goku, and am pretty sure that is correct.

I pick gohan, if you remember him in the fight against cell, after he went super saiyan x2, cell couldnt stop him, even when cell powered up and everyone thought there was no way, it barely effected gohan, he was hitting away every strike cell made, when the two kame. collided vegeta may have made the distraction but gohan still beat him, and he was only a teen. Not even his dad goku could take on cell at that point. Goku may have not found his true power yet, but just imagine what gohan could eventually do compared to his father and vegeta. Also if you remember, during it vegeta complains about how not only is kakarot better than him, but his son also. Also in another episode, vegeta admits that goku is better, therefore gohan should be just as good, or even better than goku. Also, remember how many times gohan defeated bosses no one thought possible. Brolly also
