How to change text files to other language?

I want to make amateur polish language for this game on other language but i don't know where are all texts... maybe they are packed into data file or something like that... Do you know where is it? How can i change it? I saw files 'language.common.ovl' and 'language.unique.ovl' (f.e. english.common.ovl and english.unique.ovl), but when i open it with notepad then i see path to weird file "c:\coding\rct3\resource\gui\English\General.txt"... but this is ofcourse path not for my disk. I see some laguage texts too but in weird form (f.e. T h i s i s t h i s t e x t . . . I t i s v e r y h a r d t o f i n d a s e n s e o f t h e s e c l a u s e s . . .). Maybe with some tools it will be more visibility. Oh yes - I almost forgot. I think texts are not only in this file... Check it out yourself!
