Who will you be?

What side will you play? And why?

Im going to be good guy now and will choose US. In generals i fall under "evil noobs and no-micro abusers" category because i used chinese generals that could surround US base with 10 troopcrawlers in under 3 minutes :D. China literaly *** raped any moderate non china player :p:.Excluding China infantry because its like using a cheat to win.

PS: I may change to Consortium side if AGM will play for US. Its this funny that way.

I will play the most underpowered or weakest side in this game as i do in evry new rts.
I like the challenge..never have pplayed exclusivley the "overpowred" side.
So im hoping its hte consortium, and this will be the most creative army to use as they will generaly be weaker, but like gla and im not refering to toxin gla but more along the lines of vanila gla in orignal generals, will need to be creative to win.
And ofcourse im eager to try the use side coz well frankly i wana use gunships to mow down masses of infatry in crowded suburban streets, and i also wana use those buggies.

I try and do the same, but the side I end up playing as usually starts off seemingly underpowered then becomes the source for a lot of whining.

I think I'll start off with TFT because they have the commanche :wub: and that buggy unit looks cool. However the US Army has more brute force units like the Apache, Bradley, Humvee, Abrams, and Paladin. That's just as cool IMO. I dont know much about the Consortium but from what I've seen Im not too impressed with their units. The Hind is just a big ugly Russian pile of flying compressed rust. I always prefer the high tech weaponry. It's why I liked the Allies in RA2 and USA in Generals. It's not so much a matter of "good vs evil" for me, I dont look at the faction's personally like that, it's just a game after all. The faction that will ultimately draw my attention is the one that responds most to micromanagement. Im going to predict that this will be TFT. The US Army seems to have its bases covered with some really powerful **** and might play more like China in Generals: slow and sluggish, easy and powerful.

stupid? It's common sense. Look at the friggin screenshots of the units. You can make a pretty good educated guess as to the function of each unit and how well it will perform (firepower, armor, speed etc). Extrapolate what we know from CCG and ZH, and we can make some pretty accurate predictions. Are you a ZH veteran? If not I advice you dont start a ****ing contest with one.

lol:p: you can't say such thing about the hind! the hind is more like armured troop transporter.(unlike the AH-64,witch is more like an "assulte helicopter)and it IS way.... cheaper than the other american counter parts.

Thats right..neither..the fact remains is the helicopter is so strong it manged to do as mch damage to the tank as was done to it :D

USA uses m4, dunno wich version, in fact just a shorter version of the m16 and uses a 30 round magazine instead of 20(IIRC)

I hope the terrorists wont play like in Generals, in hit and run. You must be creative, but I hope they got some firepower in big battles; I'll gues they will do, and I hope I can play with My good old MiG-29:)

I dont seem to mind picking an army that's slightly overpowered but that also requires a ton of micro/macro to get that way. That way if anyone starts bitching and saying "lame overpowered noob" I can just say "fine, play my army and I'll play yours". That way when I trash them they shut up :biggringr

Rise of Nations xpac had India as a playable nation. It worse for me, I'm Canadian.

Anyway I change around for some reason. Usually start off playing as one side then go over to another. In starcraft I started playing as Protoss then I went to Zerg. In WC3 I went from Undead, to NE then to Humans.
