Who needs help 2 get saibaman?

Okay there is one clear way to unlock saibamen but its slitly diffrent in each game but it doesnt matter at all. train all characters to level 15 and for one character and one character only which is different in every game he will only barke in when your level is 9 or 12 in my one it was videl in my mates it was vegeta in som ones on here it was kid goku and for gamespot it was kid gohan so get every character to level 15 ull know which it is and if he beats u reset the character and trie again!!!

the thing is ... I hoped that strategy worked but ALL mychars where level 99 and I didn't have saybamen or Cell jr.

so I kept reseting them and after a while I goth it with a level 9 kid goku...

all my characters are 90+ except videl cell jr saibaman and hercule
i found out about this trick from looking at my friends one and the fact that no matter what u do he only ever brakes in for one certain character in each game

I heard off gamefaqs. To get Saibamen keep facing Lvl 32 Videl. And Cell Jr keep facing lvl 66 Tien. It worked for me.

Thanks Vegeta i will try this method for unlocking the sabiamen but u can easily unlock Cell Jr as u just train up ur characters in Dragon Arena till Piccolo breaks in and you get Cell Jr after you beat him. So it isn't really difficult to unlock him.

it does not work like that i was level 25 android 18 and i was fighting level 42 videl for a while just to gain some experince points. Ande nappa broke in 3 times. But i still lost <_<. ANyway i think it has to be a level 10 character higher than ur own:)
