Ok here's how you do it.
Complete DU with goku and vegeta once then go through it again with goku. In the Buu saga in the event where Gohan gets absorbed don't go to the red maker instead try looking for Kibitoshin he's probably in the mountains.
after the talk with kibitoshin continue with the storyline.
He should show up after you beat super buu inside buu.

Just for future reference, does he appear EXACTLY after? Or can you redo your capsule list and save before fighting him?

you only need to go through goku's story lie a second time. it doesn't matter if you've gone through vegeta's (this is only needed to unlock cooler)

wen u complete gokus du do it again then play to the point gohan gets absorbed and after the fight wiv gohan absorbed buu rotate ur charcter then u will find hercule talk to him then go to the red dot then go SW then u will find tien the go to the dot and go south until u find kabitoshin then he will tell u about broly then go to the red dot and fight buu then fight buu inside himself then the final battle vegeta will tell u to go and fight the stronger force (broly) beat him to get his capsule from there u can unlock other characters like gogeta ss for goku, gogeta ss4 for goku and omega shenron and u can also get goku ss4.

2.go on user cp then profile then go down to were it says signature then write something u want to apper at all ur post and if u want images type

by them from shop kid trunks will eventully appear and the burning slash is by super dragon fist (kid goku), justic pose for gt sayaman then the next 1 is burning slash
