Help, I have downloaded the RCT3_RETAIL-UPDATE1_EU.EXE from www.uk.atari.com but when I run it, it says "Invalid patch file" "updade failed" my RCT.exe file version is 3.0.12.37.

Any suggestions ?

Is it the Euro patch or the US one?

It' OK I've fixed it.
It's the Eu patch and I hadn't used the beta update so expected the patch to work. After I posted original question I wondered if you had to uninstall RCT3, do a fresh install and then run the patch. So thats what I did and hey presto.

I still don't get night time, it jumps from 6:59pm to 9am but I'll probably find a solution on one of the forums.

Are you playing Career mode? Some parks aren't open at night, hence the jump from sunset straight to sunrise. I think the first "spooky" themed park is the one where nighttime hours are introduced.

Yes I am playing career mode. I've just started the film studio park and the times it jumps from are different.
