I have a sneaking suspicion thats its your graphics card thats not up to the job......:frownblue
You need a card that supports Hardware T+L and Im pretty sure yours doesnt.......:frownblue
Is it a laptop we're talking about here? (Mobile AMD?)
If so, while you can probably upgrade the graphics, you'll be limited in choice.

Yep -laptop with onboard S3 graphics.Probably doesn't have the horsepower to run RCT3 I'm afraid - it only has access to 32MB Ram, and it steals that from the rest of your PC.Sorry:tdown:
