I say Android 18 then Dr. Gero since I hate Energy Field and Rocket Punch stalls if you miss. Plus I like Destructo Disk since it's a powerul death move and I like Energy Drain since you get energy no matter what.

Cell doesn't count since he is a bunch of cells from the other people. Mecha Frieza is Frieza with metal parts so he is still Frieza.
