Password Help!!!

i have just got dragonarena and i wanted to try some peoples charecters. I am sure i typed the password in right but the game will not except it and i Know the password exist because i got them off this site.

are playing PAl or NTSC and or you sure your using capitol and lower case correct?

sometime the l and i look alike but they don't you see a distinct difference even the capitol verions L and I
