I'm having trouble installing Patch 2. Patch 1 went ok with the autoinstaller, but when I try to use it for this one, it downloads, and then says 'Can't locate RCT3 (Europe) RETAIL, on your computer'.

The same thing happens if I download it seperately and then run the .exe file.

Any ideas?

Youve either got the wrong first patch or youre trying to d/l the wrong second patch.........US vs Europe........:tup:

hmm... this sounds like it's going to take an uninstall/reinstall.

I assume it keeps your savegames when you uninstall it?

Odd... The problem seemed to be that I own the US version, not the European one, depite buying it just down the road...

So have you got the US patch?

And where did you buy it? :confused:

After I reinstalled it, the auto-updater downloaded and installed the US patch ok.

I bought it at a little independent PC shop just down the road from where I live. I suspect they are not as law-abiding as I thought...:D

I am in constant contact with the US forum with reference to a closing problem I have and as far as they are concerned the European Patch is still top be released so I do not know where your one comes from.
