Hi all.
I was just wondering if there has been an "cure" for sluggish play in RCT3 yet? I've installed the 2 patches, I've also upgraded my graphics card to a raedon 9600XT, yet as soon as I get 1000+ or a few rides (or even both in unison) opperating, then the game seems to grind to a halt.
Would updating RAM from 512 to 1GB affect it at all? In case your wondering, I'm running a P4 2.8Ghz, 512Mb RAM, Raedon 9600XT and WIn XP. So, a pretty high-end machine really. Is that the problem though? The fact that RCT3 us aimed at mid-spec machines? Is my comp returning negative productivity values?
I'm not complaining, coz I think that the game is fantastic... that's just one thing that's niggling at me, as the game stops being sluggish if I close the park and all of the rides - kinda defeats the object tho! ;)
