in gohans DU, go to the islands at the bottom that looks like japan,
(u can do it 1st time thrught) talk to yajarobi and videl will come and u'll unlock her
(far right hand side)

how do you get one star dragon character you don't because they are not in it:( the Japaneese version of the game has baby and one star dragon we don't :( but you could go to gamefaqs.com they will explain everything to you;) :tup:
