Help with DirectX

Just installed the game, but everytime i open it, it just says "failed to create Direct 3D Device" & everytime i try 2 install it again it says all components are installed and ready to use. Heres my dxdiag:

It cant do Hardware T+L which the game needs to run......:lightbulb

Its one of those horrible onboard video chip things mate - if you are using a laptop, you can't change it. If you are using a desktop, get a proper AGP video card and plug that in instead (but remember to disable the onboard video OK?):tup:
