Striped Blocks on Graphics

I am running an Athlon XP + 1900 with 1000 MB RAM, ATI Radeon 7200 64 MB DDR Graphics Card and Windows XP.

When I ride the coaster cam in Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 the screen seems to divide diagonally and I get striped sections (Yellow and Black).

Any ideas?
